Formaggi abruzzesi

Our cuisine is the result of a great appreciation of the relationship between man and the environment; mainly concentrated on Mediterranean cuisine, it re-proposes the flavors of ancient Abruzzo recipes that have been forgotten over time. You can enjoy mostly organic food. The wild herbs of our mountain: borage, cacigni, matrons, orapi, mixed chicory, acacia flowers, rose petals; homemade pasta with ancient flours; the meat of our land; our cheeses: fresh and seasoned pecorino.
